Can I customize my own design?
Yes. You can customize your own design—send us your idea or reference (image/text), and we’ll confirm the final mockup, sizing, and printing details before production.
What’s your return or replacement policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll replace it. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + clear photos (item + packaging). For size exchanges, we can help as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (exchange availability depends on stock). Custom / personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect.
